The Address Citywest is currently seeking friendly and motivated candidates to join our Food and Beverage team on a part-time basis in Dublin, Ireland. You will support the Food and Beverage supervisor by serving guests and ensuring excellent service standards.

Key duties include taking orders, upselling where appropriate, explaining menus confidently, and maintaining high cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout each shift. Fluent English and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or Food & Beverage service.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Willing to commute to work location (D22W580).
• Able to upsell when opportunities arise.

Responsabilidades

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage whilst adhering to the established service standards and procedures at all times.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling the customers' requests accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain to guests the dishes confidently, whilst also looking for opportunities to upsell when it arises.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our food and beverage outlets.
• Cleaning the outlet to the required standard throughout your shift and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
