The Address Collective is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the delivery and service of our F&B team. You will report to the F&B Manager and ensure professional operation and customer service aligned with company standards.

Key duties include implementing SOPs, monitoring payroll costs, controlling operating costs, coaching staff, upselling, and maintaining HACCP and health and safety requirements. A consistent focus on quality and brand standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience required.
• Experience supervising a food & beverage team.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• To implement the consistent delivery of superior customer service through the development and implementation of SOPs (standard operating procedures).
• To ensure that the department creates a professional impression to customers and team members.
• To act on customer feedback relevant to your areas of responsibility, including complaints and compliments.
• To be aware of budgeted and actual departmental targets.
• To assist with payroll cost control by ensuring rotas align with forecasted and actual business levels.
• To supervise the department to ensure effective day-to-day operation while maintaining brand standards.
