Job summary

Cavan Crystal Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Food & Beverage Waitstaff to join a friendly, dynamic team. Availability across midweek and weekends is required.

You will deliver courteous, efficient service from breakfast to function rooms, with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling where appropriate. Ideal candidates will have restaurant or bar experience, enjoy public interaction, and speak fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar or restaurant would be advantageous.
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and friendly, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and seat dining guests.
• Take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service across breakfast, bar, restaurant and function rooms.
• Monitor floor to ensure personalised service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus and make recommendations.
• Keep hygiene standards by completing daily and weekly checks.
