Job summary

The Address Sligo are seeking candidates to join our Food & Beverage team, supporting the supervisor in serving and assisting guests while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

You will take orders, explain menus confidently, and look for opportunities to upsell when it arises, while helping keep the outlets clean and well-presented throughout your shift. Fluent English and availability for early shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Must be available to work early shifts (6:30am)
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage whilst adhering to the established service standards and procedures at all times.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling the customers' requests accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain to guests the dishes confidently, whilst also looking for opportunities to upsell when it arises.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our food and beverage outlets.
• Cleaning the outlet to the required standard throughout your shift and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
