Fota Island Resort in Ireland is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead service across kitchens, dining rooms and events. You will mentor staff, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards with energy and enthusiasm.

Applicants should have previous F&B supervisory experience, excellent communication, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. This role offers progression, a supportive team and strong staff benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisor all services.
• Ensure all team members deliver and exceed on guests expectations.
• Plan and deliver briefings with all relevant staff.
• Provide accurate and up to date information to staff and guests in relation to menu options.
• Assign stations to associates.
• Assist with on boarding of new associates.
• Assist with training of all associates.
• Ensure the correct set of of relevant outlet for service and shift handover.
• Liaise with other departments as required.
