Big Mamma in Dublin is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor at Gloria Osteria. You will report to the Front-of-House Manager and embody our values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship, and authenticity in daily service.

You will oversee service quality, guest welcome, table turnover, staff coaching, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, stock and cash handling, and ensure hygiene standards while driving team cohesion.

• Experience recruiting and onboarding staff.

Responsabilités

• Ensure excellence, consistency, and speed of service.
• Welcome guests and manage front-of-house operations.

• Coach and support the front-of-house team daily.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Oversee schedules, stock, cash handling and equipment.
