Job summary

Radius Vehicle Solutions Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across our ROI business. You will work closely with the fleet maintenance team, handle vehicle tax, testing scheduling, data processing, and customer enquiries to ensure efficient service delivery.

The role emphasises product knowledge, customer service excellence and operational efficiency, with collaboration across offices in ROI and NI.

Qualifications

• Office administration and Customer Service experience an advantage.
• Customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain relationships
• Team player, actively participating in shared objectives and has enthusiasm and commitment to work towards team goals
• Ability to think and take initiative, identify & implement efficiencies and the confidence to make appropriate decisions when required
• Good time management skills, managing fluctuating workloads & prioritisation of daily tasks
• Ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines
• Adopt a professional approach, demonstrating high standards of performance, constantly striving to improve efficiencies, achieving business objectives.
• Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Expert in Microsoft Office, outlook, word and excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative support to fleet maintenance and customer enquiries.
• Manage vehicle tax renewals and all vehicle registrations.
• Oversee vehicle testing scheduling including CVRT and NCT.
• Process credit card transactions, prompt reconciliation and receipts management.
• Generate and respond to reports and data uploads.
• Collaborate with fleet maintenance and ROI office to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and uphold professional standards with customers.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and system updates, ensuring accuracy and customer success.
