National Vehicle Distribution is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to join their fast-paced Customer Service Department in New Ross, Co. Wexford.

This full-time role involves providing first-class administrative support, ensuring compliance with customer policies, and efficiently managing vehicle-related activities throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administration experience and strong competencies in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years administration experience.
• Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in a Logistics Planning or Administrative role is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Automotive Industry is a plus.
• Full clean driving licence - Class B.

Responsibilities

• Providing full administrative support to the Customer Operations Department.
• Supporting various projects within the department.
• Handling customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Reporting customer issues immediately to appropriate personnel.
