Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager for major data centre projects, based in Germany. The role focuses on delivering complex fit-out packages, coordinating teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will oversee programmes, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and client reporting, with a strong interiors background and a track record in large-scale commercial, industrial, or data centre projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Strong fit-out and interiors background.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, or data centre projects.
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the fit-out package.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, and specialist contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Coordinate fit-out works with MEP, structural, and wider construction packages.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Lead progress meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and the project team.
• Oversee snagging, completion, and handover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting.

A growing Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager for major data centre fit-out projects, based in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering a major high-spec data centre with responsibility for managing the successful delivery of complex fit-out packages.

Responsibilities
