Job summary

TELUS Digital is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for our Cork office. You will handle customer inquiries via calls, email and chat for a leading fintech brand, on rotating shifts 8am–10pm.

Onsite role with a permanent contract, opportunities for career progression and a strong focus on customer experience. We value English fluency, technical curiosity and a friendly, proactive attitude, with at least 1 year of customer support experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent level of English
• Strong technical skills and interest in all things tech
• Friendly and communicative personality with strong customer focus
• Self-drive and result-orientated mindset
• Comfortable working with computers and phones and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
• At least 1 year of customer support experience
