Job summary

Interactive Brokers in Dublin is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist to deliver exceptional service to institutional and retail clients while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This role combines day-to-day operations with developing and improving systems of accounts managed by Introducing Brokers and Financial Advisors.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Finance, Engineering or similar field.
• Industry qualifications ICA, FINRA or similar.
• Experience with Introducing Brokers and Financial Advisors.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Client service orientation with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional client support to institutional and retail clients via multiple channels.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding tax documentation requirements.
• Liaise with clients, sales representatives, and internal teams to resolve tax and account issues.
• Review, validate, and process tax documentation including W-8/W-9 forms and certificates of residence.
• Validate documentation for account maintenance with emphasis on European tax regulations.
• Perform AML and KYC verification checks by cross-referencing internal systems and external databases.
• Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or documentation discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience.
