Job summary

Interactive Brokers Group seeks a detail-oriented professional to join the institutional applications processing team in Dublin. You will focus on KYC/CDD due diligence, AML checks, and reviewing documentation for new institutional account openings, including hedge funds and investment advisors.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate client records in onboarding systems, leveraging your English communication skills and financial services

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services ops, onboarding, KYC/CDD processing.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Solid AML/KYC/CDD knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM, document management or onboarding databases beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process institutional client account applications for intermediaries and corporate entities.
• Review and verify documentation for new account openings to ensure compliance.
• Conduct KYC/CDD/AML checks using multiple databases before onboarding.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and internal policies are followed throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate account approvals.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in systems.
