Job summary

Interactive Brokers in Dublin is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the institutional application processing team. You will handle new client onboarding for hedge funds, investment advisors, brokers and corporate entities with a strong emphasis on KYC/CDD and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will verify documentation, perform AML checks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth account openings while maintaining accurate records in our systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services operations, account onboarding or KYC/CDD processing.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Solid AML/KYC/CDD regulatory knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and onboarding databases.

Responsibilities

• Process institutional client account applications for intermediaries and corporate entities.
• Review and verify onboarding documents in line with regulations.
• Perform KYC/CDD/AML checks across databases before account opening.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to approve accounts and update records.
