Interactive Brokers Ireland Limited (IBIE) in Dublin is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join our IBKR legal team. You will handle a broad range of regulatory and commercial matters in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of post‑qualification experience in financial services regulation, strong legal analysis, and excellent communication. Hybrid work with four days in the office and one day remote per week is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of legal experience in a financial services setting.
• Strong legal analysis and reasoning.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work cross-jurisdictionally.
• Proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders across the business on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
• Advise on the design and rollout of new products, services and business offerings, including cross-border activities and passporting.
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer-facing contractual agreements, disclosures, account documentation and website materials.
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with institutional clients and counterparties.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries from the Central Bank of Ireland and other EU regulatory authorities, as well as EU and worldwide exchanges.
• Liaising and engaging with external legal advisers.
