Job summary

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist to support institutional and retail clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Based in Dublin, this hybrid role combines day-to-day client service with improving systems for accounts managed by Introducing Brokers and Financial Advisors. You will handle multi-channel inquiries, review tax documentation (W-8/W-9, certificates of residence), and collaborate with sales and internal teams to resolve tax

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• ICA, FINRA or similar qualifications.
• Experience with Introducing Brokers and Financial Advisors.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Client service orientation with problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional client support for institutional and retail clients via multiple channels.
• Respond to inquiries regarding tax documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, sales reps, and internal teams on tax/account issues.
• Review/validate tax documents (W-8/W-9, certificates of residence).
• Validate documentation for account maintenance with emphasis on European tax rules.
• Perform AML/KYC verification checks by cross-referencing internal/external data.
• Identify compliance risks or documentation discrepancies and flag for resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements to boost efficiency and client experience.
