Job summary

Ward Personnel is supporting a long-established main contractor in Dublin with a role for an experienced finishing foreman on busy commercial, healthcare, education and residential sites. You will supervise finishing trades, ensure safety, quality and programme adherence.

• Coordinate and supervise all finishing trades and subcontractors on site
• Sequence and manage daily and weekly finishing activities in line with the overall programme
• Work closely with the Site Manager to keep site operations running smoothly
• Inspect finishing works for compliance with specifications, building standards, and the company's quality management system
• Identify defects early and drive them to close-out

Key Responsibilities

The finishing foreman will take ownership of all finishing trades on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality throughout.
