Job summary

Alpine Recruitment Group is sourcing an experienced Finishing Foreman for a residential development project in Carrickmines, Ireland. The role requires timber frame housing experience and oversight of internal works through to commissioning and handover.

The candidate will coordinate finishing trades, maintain high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while keeping to programme and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet project deadlines.
• Strong focus on health, safety and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with daily management and coordination of site activities.
• Supervise direct employees and subcontractors to ensure works are safe, on programme, and to specification.
• Coordinate and oversee all finishing trades, ensuring quality at every stage.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, and quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures and site regulations.

Our client is an established construction company who have undertaken multiple high profile building projects & residential developments throughout Ireland

They have requirement for an experienced Finishing Foreman residential development project in Carrickmines. Timber frame housing experience is essential. Key role overseeing all internals through to commissioning, practical completion and final handover. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple finishing trades while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee for example airtightness, firebags, heat pumps, different plasterboard etc

Key Responsibilities

Salary including 10% guaranteed bonus to €90K with full package car/allowance, fuel card, pension, health etc
