Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to lead the final stages of high‑quality residential and commercial projects, overseeing internal fit‑out, joinery, flooring, ceilings and snagging through to client handover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in site management with finishing/fit‑out experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Site Manager with finishing/fit-out experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality residential or commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Construction qualification or relevant trade background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing works including internal fit-out, joinery, flooring, ceilings, partitions and decoration.
• Manage finishing programmes, subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging through to completion.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors and design teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate the handover process and ensure all documentation is completed.
