Job summary

Elevate Partners is seeking a Financial Controller to take full ownership of financial control across a multi-entity group in Dublin. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage month-end closes, year-end audits, and tax compliance for development SPVs, asset-holding and service entities.

You will work hands-on in a small team with direct exposure to the board, lenders and advisors, delivering robust financial reporting and statutory accounts.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE.
• Proven experience managing a multi-entity month-end close.
• Track record taking a year-end audit from trial balance to signed statutory accounts.
• Strong knowledge of FRS 102 and Irish company law reporting requirements.
• Practical experience with Irish tax compliance (corporation tax, VAT and payroll taxes).

Responsibilities

Job description

We're partnering with a leading Irish property development and asset management group to appoint a Financial Controller. Full ownership of the numbers, not a seat at the top of a big department.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO with one direct report in Accounts Payable, you'll take full ownership of financial control across a 20+ entity structure spanning development SPVs, asset-holding companies and service entities. That means running the month-end close, taking the year-end audit through to signed statutory accounts, managing the group's tax compliance cycle, and supporting new corporate structures as the business continues to acquire and develop. You'll also work directly with lenders, legal advisors and tax advisors on live transactions. This is a hands-on role in a small, commercially embedded team.

What You Need

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent), 5+ years PQE
