Job summary

Qualifications

• A third level degree with a strong academic record.
• Project management certification and demonstrated use of best practices.
• Experience: Assistant Manager 4–6 years; Manager 6–8 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of complex projects for key clients across industries.
• Define and drive projects through all stages of the life cycle.
• Lead or support transformation initiatives incl. digital and CX.
• Design and deliver customer journey redesigns and process improvements.
• Prepare project documentation: status updates, RAID logs, PID, etc.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder engagement.
