Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced Change Manager at Manager or Associate Director level to lead complex change and transformation programmes across public and private sector clients. You will advise senior sponsors, embed sustainable change, and coach leaders on change leadership, building client relationships and growing the consulting practice.

Qualificações

• A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
• 5–10 years of relevant consulting or corporate experience.
• Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, APMG).
• Certifications in Project/Program Management (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end change and transformation programmes for clients.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior clients and sponsors.
• Coach executive sponsors and leaders on leading change.
• Own multi-disciplinary delivery teams and client relationships.
• Develop and implement integrated change management strategies and plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across complex organisations.
• Shape propositions and promote thought leadership within the practice.
