Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced transformation consultant within Consulting, focused on Financial Services, Asset Management and Asset Servicing. You will lead and support transformation engagements across asset managers, fund administrators, custodians and other securities services organisations, translating strategy into execution.

You will work with industry, operations, technology, data and risk specialists to design operating models, processes and technology

Qualifications

• A third level degree, with a strong academic record.
• A recognised project, programme, change or business‑analysis qualification is desirable
• Financial Services, investment, or accountancy qualifications would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver asset management and asset servicing transformation programmes from mobilisation through implementation, transition and BAU handover
• Apply asset management and servicing expertise to solve operational, process and organisational challenges.
• Design and implement target operating models, governance frameworks, controls and end‑to‑end processes.
• Support change and transformation across functions including product, investment operations, fund accounting, transfer agency, AML/KYC, onboarding and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technology‑enabled solutions, supporting platform implementations, migrations, data transformation, automation and AI‑driven improvements.
• Embed regulatory, risk and control requirements into programme design and delivery within complex, regulated environments.
• Establish effective governance and delivery frameworks, define business requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops and develop data‑driven recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training and knowledge transfer activities to support successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
• Support proposals, tenders, client presentations and thought leadership while maintaining knowledge of industry, regulatory and technology development.
