Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a Change Management Senior Consultant to join our Consulting practice. You will work with managers, directors and partners to support people-side transformation across client engagements, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness and learning adoption.

You will contribute to design and delivery of change activities, build strong client relationships and help organisations embed change across technology-enabled

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of change management or consulting experience.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Experience with business readiness and learning/adoption.
• Qualification in change management and in project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of change and transformation programmes across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver change management activities.
• Develop change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, comms, readiness, learning and adoption.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify risks and inform planning.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and interviews.
• Create high-quality deliverables: communications materials, training content, and reports.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support project delivery.
• Assist in addressing resistance and supporting leaders through change.
• Contribute to governance activities: reporting, risk management and action tracking.
• Support internal initiatives and knowledge sharing across the People & Change team.
