Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an Advisory - Consulting CFO to join as Manager / Associate Director in Dublin. You will shape finance strategy, lead transformations and design operating models across ERP/EPM, data and reporting, with a focus on AI-enabled finance programmes.

You will work with senior finance leaders and industry clients, bridging strategy and delivery, mobilising people, process, data and technology changes to deliver measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional in accounting such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
• Additional qualifications in programme management, business analysis, agile delivery or change management are beneficial.
• Experience delivering complex finance and technology-enabled transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CFO advisory, finance transformation and AI-enabled finance programmes.
• Define finance vision, strategy, target operating models and roadmaps.
• Translate CFO priorities into business requirements, designs and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
