Grant Thornton Ireland seeks experienced Project Managers to join our Consulting team. You will deliver complex projects in financial services, focusing on banking, asset management and insurance, while guiding change and digital transformation initiatives.

In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will lead cross-functional teams, map customer journeys, and leverage data and technology to improve outcomes. A degree and PM certification are required, with 8+ years of experience.

Qualifications

A third level degree with strong academic record.
PM certification with demonstrated ability to apply best practices and methodologies (Waterfall or Agile) to deliver outcomes.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in financial services including Retail Banking, Asset Management and Insurance.

Responsabilités

Lead the delivery of complex projects and programmes for key clients across industries.
Drive transformation initiatives including digital transformation and customer experience.
Define and drive projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units and functions.
Develop comprehensive project documentation and communications strategies.
