Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced transformation consultant to join its Consulting practice with a focus on the Financial Services sector, especially asset management and servicing. You will lead and deliver transformation programmes across asset managers, fund administrators and custodians, translating strategy into execution.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, manage workstreams or end-to-end engagements, build trusted client relationships and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, transformation delivery or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver asset management and asset servicing transformation programmes from mobilisation through implementation, transition and BAU handover.
• Apply asset management expertise to solve operational, process and organizational challenges.
• Design and implement target operating models, governance frameworks, controls and end-to-end processes.
• Support change and transformation across product, investment operations, fund accounting, transfer agency, AML/KYC, onboarding and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions, supporting platform implementations and data transformation.
• Embed regulatory, risk and control requirements into programme design and delivery in regulated environments.
• Establish governance and delivery frameworks, define business requirements, facilitate workshops and develop data-driven roadmaps.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training and knowledge transfer for successful adoption.
