Job summary

Meta is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the Modern Finance cluster in Dublin to drive end-to-end execution of complex Finance projects on the 2030 roadmap. You will lead cross-functional teams globally, own project documentation, manage risks, and ensure processes are fit-for-purpose while driving adoption and change management.

You will partner with engineering and operations, utilize AI tools to optimize workflows, and deliver on measurable financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Collaboration & relationship building with stakeholders.
• Business acumen supporting finance functions.
• Digital acumen including AI to enhance execution and reporting.
• Process management and mapping experience.
• Attention to detail in documenting and tracking progress.
• Learning agility to adapt to Finance functions and new tech.

Responsibilities

• Own, define and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment of objectives.
• Lead and collaborate with function teams on project discovery.
• Proactively manage risk and mitigate issues to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure processes are fit for purpose and map requirements accordingly.
• Identify change impact and incorporate readiness, adoption, and BAU plans.
• Coordinate resource management and resolve constraints for projects.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and provide status updates and communications.
• Coordinate change management deliverables with Change SMEs and best practices.
