Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a Director to lead its Finance Transformation practice in Ireland. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and oversee complex programmes spanning ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms, delivering measurable client impact.

You will build C-suite relationships, lead major engagements, and mentor high-performing teams while partnering with global colleagues to propel the firm’s regional presence and market eminence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or enterprise performance management.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes across multiple sectors.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, operating models, and enabling technologies (ERP, EPM, analytics).
• Strong C-suite relationship management with a commercial mindset.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or equivalent.
• Inspirational leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, drive growth, and deliver excellence across major finance transformation programmes.
• Lead go-to-market propositions, business development, and securing new client engagements.
• Oversee delivery of complex multi-workstream transformations across ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan).
• Drive account growth from opportunity identification through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Provide thought leadership on finance operating models and digital enablement, boosting market visibility.
• Mentor and inspire teams, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to share innovation and best practices with Irish and regional clients.
