Job summary

Amach seeks an experienced Finance Transformation Programme Manager to lead a large-scale finance transformation. This senior role translates strategic objectives into a structured roadmap across finance, technology, data and process improvement, with hybrid work and an 18‑month contract in Dublin.

You’ll own the roadmap, manage multiple workstreams and ensure adoption of new processes, systems and data capabilities across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Strong finance transformation background across end-to-end processes and controls.
• Experience delivering large multi-workstream programmes with business case through benefits.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Finance Transformation roadmap with sequenced initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from business case through design, deployment and benefits.
• Governance, RAID, milestone tracking, benefits tracking and reporting to executives.
• Manage budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and timelines.
• Drive process improvement, automation and efficiency gains in finance.
