Job summary

Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Global Finance Transformation. You will drive process improvement and automation projects for Accounting stakeholders, collaborating across IT and accounting teams in a fast-paced global organization.

The role requires PMP or PM experience, English fluency, and a strong background in finance, automation, and KPI analysis. Travel up to 10% may be required, with Agile delivery and cross-team coordination at the core.

Qualifications

Fluent in English; strong communication skills.
Experience creating process improvements with automation and data analysis.
Experience using financial models, KPIs to support business decisions.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
Project management experience or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact with Sponsors, Stakeholders and accounting/tech teams to define and deliver solutions.
Drive multiple projects to completion across organizations and teams.
Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs with technical constraints.
Facilitate process improvement workshops with stakeholders.
Plan and manage multiple parallel projects and optimize resources.
