Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior level finance leadership experience.
• Qualified Accountant with Board reporting expertise.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial planning skills.
• Experience in multi-entity or group reporting environments.
• Solid financial reporting and control background.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Report to CFO and lead monthly management accounts and Board packs.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Oversee month-end and year-end reporting.
• Maintain robust financial controls and governance.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine finance activities.
