Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Finance Director for its Irish professional services practice in Dublin. You will sit on the Irish board, lead governance, statutory reporting and decision support, and partner with senior leaders on pricing, project performance, investment and margins.

You will run the finance function, oversee reporting, controls, forecasting and cash management, and strengthen risk management, reporting quality and financial oversight across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Director in a business of similar scale
• Strong commercial leadership and ability to influence strategy
• Proven governance, statutory reporting, tax and regulatory compliance

A leading international consultancy wants a Finance Director for its Irish business, which employs over 400 people. It’s a board-level role leading finance through a period of strong growth.

You will:

• Sit on the Irish board and lead on governance, statutory compliance and decision support

You are:

• An experienced FD in a business of similar scale and complexity
• A commercial leader who builds teams and influences strategy
• Strong on Irish and UK GAAP, IFRS, statutory reporting, tax and governance
• Good at managing transformation projects
