• Senior level finance leadership experience.
• Qualified Accountant with Board reporting expertise.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Role:

• This position will report into the Chief Financial Officer
• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts and Board reporting packs.
• Deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Manage forecasting and reforecasting activities across the Group.
• Ensure consistency of financial reporting across the Group.
• Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Ensure robust financial controls and governance frameworks are maintained.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine finance activities.

Requirements:

• Experience within a senior level finance position required
• Qualified Accountant
• Strong experience preparing Board and management reporting.
• Significant experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial planning.
• Experience operating within a multi-entity or group reporting environment.
• Strong financial reporting and financial control background.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
