Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a finance, advisory or analytical role; exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • Some understanding of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
  • Experience or exposure to infrastructure/project finance is preferred.
  • Background in an international bank, investment/development fund, infrastructure developer, investor or financial/corporate advisory environment would be advantageous.
  • CFA completion would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of complex financial and corporate advisory projects

  • Supporting negotiations with banks, financial institutions, contractors and other third parties

Associate – Financial & Corporate Advisory | Dublin

I’m currently working with a global financial and corporate advisory firm that is looking to hire an Associate into its rapidly expanding Dublin team.

The firm works on complex international transactions across infrastructure, energy, transport, water, healthcare, real estate and other major development projects, advising governments, investors, financial institutions and private-sector clients.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to gain exposure to international infrastructure, project finance and corporate advisory transactions, working closely with senior advisors and a broad range of stakeholders.

The role will involve:
