Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Finance Administrator to support the finance team with LEAP transaction reporting, fixed assets, and financial governance. You will assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and project accounting support as the programme matures. Hybrid working is available.

The role emphasizes accuracy, system data maintenance, and collaboration with senior management on financial insights and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance administration or accounts support.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience performing reconciliations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with financial systems or ERP.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Support reporting packs and analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset register and related records.
• Assist with audits and procurement/compliance activities.
• Maintain finance system data and produce data extracts.
