Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a fast-paced industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with regulatory returns.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly journals, salaries, accruals and prepayments.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly betting duty returns and liaise with Revenue.
• Monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register across the group.
• Support statutory financial statements and year-end reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors for audit readiness.
