Job summary

Indra Ireland is seeking a Financial Accountant (Fixed Assets) to manage the fixed asset register, depreciation, and capital expenditure governance. You will support month-end and year-end reporting, audits, and provide financial insights to project stakeholders.

The role involves client-facing duties and potential travel to client sites in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a professional accountancy qualification, 2+ years in a finance role with fixed asset experience, and strong Excel/data

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification and membership in a recognised body.
• 2+ years' experience in a finance role with fixed asset accounting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of project financial management and data analytics.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
• Manage asset additions, disposals, transfers, depreciation, and impairments.
• Ensure accurate capitalisation of project and technology expenditure.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting and audits.
• Monitor capital expenditure against budgets.
• Produce fixed asset reconciliations and management reporting.
• Drive improvements to fixed asset processes and reporting.
• Support creation of financial design and proposals for client/stakeholders.
