Job summary

Leinster Appointments Ltd is seeking a commercially minded accountant to own key financial reporting activities and work with the Group CFO and senior management. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow management and process improvements within a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years post-qualification experience, strong financial reporting skills, advanced Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus). Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in a commercial/industry environment.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and cashflow management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting process with senior management.
• Prepare and monitor monthly cashflow forecasts and insights for planning.
• Manage year-end accounts preparation and coordinate external audit.
• Support financial input for tenders and business opportunities.
• Oversee accounting processes and controls, driving efficiency via NetSuite.
