Job summary

Trane Technologies in Ireland is seeking an Assembly Operator to build refrigeration units as part of an experienced team. You’ll follow station instructions, use a range of power and hand tools, and ensure compliance with Thermo King standards for safety and quality.

You will receive safety training and observe experienced staff before taking on responsibilities. The role is on-site, five days a week, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Leaving Cert Pass is required; trade qualification is desirable.
• Selected applicants will be required to complete dexterity and aptitude testing.

Responsibilities

• Fit all parts at the station per instructions and specifications.
• Use correct tools and equipment at the station.
• Sign Quality Assurance card after inspection and move unit forward.
• Highlight quality or engineering problems and communicate with the team.
• Maintain station area in a clean, safe condition.
