Job summary

One Recruitment is seeking a motivated Operations Executive to join our office-based team in Dublin. You will support field sales representatives, qualify leads, and manage expressions of interest from initial contact through to appointment coordination.

You will engage with customers, maintain CRM records, and help the wider sales team achieve KPIs and targets with a professional, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, administration, or sales support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers daily.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems or Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Positive attitude with a strong team-player mentality.
• Ability to work closely with both office and field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to contact customers expressing interest and discuss services/products.
• Qualify leads and coordinate follow-up appointments for the field sales team.
• Support field team by managing inbound customer interest and progressing opportunities.
• Liaise with sales representatives on customer updates and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding queries, appointments and documentation.
