Job summary

Elite Talent Hub LTD Recruitment is seeking a motivated External Sales Representative to grow the client base in Limerick and the mid-west. You will promote building materials and timber products, identify opportunities, and develop long-term client relations.

Ideal candidate has proven sales experience in construction, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a full clean driving licence. Salary up to €60,000 with a 20% annual bonus. This on-site role offers strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the construction sector and strong customer service.
• Solid understanding of building materials and timber products.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the company’s product range to customers across the mid west.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention.
• Source and follow up on new business leads, including cold calling and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and resolution of queries.
• Stay up-to-date on product lines, market trends, and competitor activity.
