Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative for the Midlands & South-East region in Ireland, covering Tipperary, Kilkenny, Laois, and Offaly. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in field sales within construction, a strong contractor network, and proven negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven field sales experience in construction/hardware
• Strong network with building contractors and trade professionals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new business with contractors and developers across the territory
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing trade customers and ensure high service levels
• Plan daily/weekly routes to maximise face-to-face meetings on sites and offices
• Introduce new product lines, promotions, and technical solutions to contractors
• Aim to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor local construction activity, competitor pricing, and market trends in the region
