Job summary

Flynn Heat Recovery Systems in Offaly is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to balance warehouse management, coordinating our field technicians from the office, and on-site post‑sale visits with clients and main contractors.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will keep projects on schedule, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure excellent service delivery across residential installations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, logistics or field coordination.
• Full, clean Irish driving licence (essential for site visits).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock taking, deliveries, and stock release for upcoming jobs.
• Scheduling & Project Management: Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for residential installations and routine servicing nationwide.
• Team Coordination: Manage schedules of field technicians, allocate daily tasks and handle annual leave requests.
• On‑Site Coordination: Conduct post‑sale site visits with domestic clients and contractors to ensure readiness and clear specifications before installation.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize workflows and maintain inventory accuracy.
