Job summary

Careeriser in Dublin city centre is seeking a Fleet & Plant Coordinator to manage company-wide fleet and plant operations, including compliance, vehicle allocation, equipment tracking and accurate cost reporting.

You will support system improvements to enhance tracking, reporting and efficiency across sites, and liaise with insurers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in fleet/plant management within construction.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet compliance, allocation, maintenance schedules, and accident reporting
• Act as primary point of contact for insurers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Track and report on fleet and plant performance, costs, and supplier SLAs
• Oversee plant and equipment inventories across multiple sites, ensuring proper use and maintenance
• Support system improvements to enhance tracking, reporting, and process efficiency
