Job summary

TechHeads is seeking a Field Operations Manager in Ireland to lead warehouse, logistics, repair and field support across multi-site operations in Dublin. You will manage teams, suppliers, and resources to ensure operational readiness, asset availability, and service performance.

You will drive staffing rotas, field scheduling, and reporting, while overseeing deployments, maintenance, and proactive risk management in a 7‑day service environment. Strong IT and safety governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational, field service, logistics, warehouse, asset management, maintenance, or service delivery teams.
• Experience managing shift-based operations and staffing rotas in a 7‑day service environment.
• Strong inventory, asset lifecycle, warehouse, and logistics management knowledge.
• Experience coordinating equipment deployments, maintenance, repairs, and readiness activities.
• Experience working with technical equipment and field assets, including fault diagnosis and repair coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse, logistics, repair, and field support operations.
• Manage warehouse technicians, logistics personnel, and field‑based resources.
• Oversee goods receipt, storage, dispatch, returns, and inventory management.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections, transportation, and movement of assets.
• Manage the lifecycle of operational assets and equipment.
• Coordinate repair, testing, refurbishment, and redeployment activities.
• Develop staffing rotas and shift schedules.
• Produce operational, inventory, logistics, and performance reports.
• Drive operational excellence and continual improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and governance requirements.
