Responsibilities

• Drive regional restaurant acquisition across Greater Dublin and surroundings.
• Engage with independent restaurants via visits, emails, calls, and social platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding to ensure speed and efficiency.
• Support and monitor new restaurant performance in first eight weeks.
• Build deep knowledge of the regional food scene and identify key brands.
