Job summary

CBRE Site Lead / Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a medium-sized team delivering client commitments for FM services at the site. You will translate contract obligations into site execution, manage risk, and ensure performance against KPIs, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

You will own delivery, drive performance reviews, manage vendor relationships, and maintain governance and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and transformation to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering facilities management services at site level.
• Ability to manage budgets, cost control and forecasting.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of all contracted FM services at site level and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Drive KPI performance, risk management and performance reviews with client and internal teams.
• Manage budget adherence, cost control, and identification of savings opportunities.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring contracted work is completed to scope and invoices are validated.
