Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager in Dublin to oversee a team responsible for supplier contracts, certifications and documentation in line with client requirements. The role sits within Facilities Management and focuses on delivering contractual services to meet specified requirements.

You’ll supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and coach team members. You will review contracts, respond to client inquiries, negotiate obligations, and mentor the department toward CBRE RISE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to convey sensitive information, set expectations and handle problems with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor training and development.
• Coordinate daily activities, set work schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.
• Review, interpret, and evaluate contract and service agreements.
• Negotiate and monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Review amendments and extensions, and provide recommendations.
