Job summary

CBRE Site Lead / Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a medium-sized team delivering client commitments for FM services at the site. You will translate contract obligations into site execution, manage risk, and ensure performance against KPIs, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

You will own delivery, drive performance reviews, manage vendor relationships, and maintain governance and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and transformation to meet client expectations.

As a CBRE Site lead / Account Manager, you will oversee a medium-sized team responsible for delivering client commitments

What You'll Do : Role Purpose

The Site Lead / Account Manager is the single point of accountability for delivery of all contracted IFM services at site level, ensuring compliance with the Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, while driving operational performance, client satisfaction, and financial control

The role is responsible for translating contract obligations into site execution, managing risk, and ensuring performance against KPIs, budgets, and regulatory requirements

1. Contractual & Service Delivery Accountability

Own delivery of all services defined in the Agreement and SOW, including operational execution, performance management, and quality control

Ensure all services, tasks, and obligations (including implicit/inherent services) are delivered in full, even where not explicitly detailed

Maintain compliance with:

• Service scope
• Service levels / KPIs
• Regulatory and quality requirements

Act as site-level owner of contractual performance

2. Performance Management & KPIs

Drive performance against KPI frameworks and service levels defined in the SOW

Identify risks of service level failure and implement corrective actions

Lead performance reviews with:

• Client stakeholders
• Internal teams

Ensure performance is:

• Measured
• Reported
• Acted upon

3. Financial Governance & Budget Control

Own site-level financial performance vs Annual Budget

Manage:

• Base cost spend
• Forecasting and cost control
• Budget adherence (no overruns without approval )

Identify:

• Cost saving opportunities
• Efficiency improvements

Support delivery of:

• Minimum savings targets
• Budget challenges and mitigation plans

4. Vendor & Supply Chain Management

Manage all approved subcontractors and third-party providers at site level
