Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Ireland seeks a Contract Manager to oversee Soft & Hard Facilities Management on-site, ensuring SLA delivery and KPI achievement.

You will lead health and safety, coordinate with the contract support team, and drive ongoing contract development to meet client requirements. You will manage sub-contractors, operate CAFM systems, prepare monthly reports, and attend client meetings to maintain strong communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
• Experience working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service.
• Customer services experience.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Desirable CAFM systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site health and safety for CBRE staff.
• Coordinate with Contract Support to maintain service levels.
• Provide leadership and develop the contract to meet KPIs.
• Manage client communications and attend monthly client meetings.
• Liaise with landlord facilities team and manage sub-contractors.
• Generate monthly reports and contract reviews.
• Conduct site inductions and health & safety trainings.
